Which part of the airport do you cover?
The hotels of Schiphol, Schiphol-Rijk and Schiphol-Oost, each by arrangement, with her journey out agreed in the thread before anything is fixed. Can a visitor come to my room at an airport hotel?
In the hotels on the public side of the airport, yes, as with any hotel guest receiving a visitor. Some buildings put the lifts behind a key card at night or ask reception to call up first; put that in the thread and it is settled before she arrives. A transit room behind passport control cannot receive a visitor at all.
I have not checked in yet. Can I book now?
Yes. Write with the name of the building and the hour you expect to be in the room. The room number can follow once reception hands you a key. Nothing is fixed until the hour, the figure and her journey out are agreed.
How long does she take to reach an airport hotel?
It depends on where she starts in the city and the hour, so it is agreed in the thread for each booking rather than printed on a page. For a city hotel the gap between confirmation and her knock is forty to sixty minutes.
Why is a deposit always asked for at the airport?
Because every airport visit involves a journey out that is arranged specifically for it. Half the fee goes ahead by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto, and the balance is settled on arrival by card, crypto or cash in any major currency.
What if my flight changes and I need to cancel?
The notice you give decides it. Cancel with over a day to spare and every euro of the deposit is repaid. Inside the last twenty-four hours, before she has set out, half is kept and half is repaid. Once she is on her way, the whole deposit is kept, unless someone else takes the hour, in which case it is repaid.
My plans shifted. Can the booking move to a different date?
Once, free, if you ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days. The deposit carries over. A second move, or one asked for inside the last day, is treated as a cancellation on the notice scale.
Is anything added for the airport or for the hour?
Nothing. The figures are the same at the airport as in the city, at four in the afternoon as at four in the morning, and on a Sunday as on a Tuesday. All prices include taxes.
What does she need from the room?
Warmth, a bed with one side clear and a lamp instead of the ceiling light. She brings her own towels and oil. For nuru or soapy, the shower matters too, so describe it when you write.
My room has two single beds. Is that a problem?
For one therapist, usually not. For two therapists or a couple, it is. Ask the desk to push the beds together or move you to a room with a king bed, and mention it in the thread.
Will anyone at the hotel know why she is there?
She arrives in ordinary clothes with a small bag, like any visitor to any guest. Nothing is said to the desk on your behalf. A visitor to a hotel room at nine in the evening is not something anyone at an airport hotel remarks on.
Can I book for a room I share with a colleague?
No. A booking needs a room that is yours, or one shared only with someone who has agreed to the visit and is twenty-one or over.
Which languages can I use with the therapist in the room?
English, all of them. Between them the roster also covers French, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Romanian, Czech, Dutch, German, Italian and Lithuanian. Each profile lists what she speaks.
Can I ask for a particular therapist?
Yes. Put her name in the first line. If she is free for the hour and willing to make the journey, the reply confirms it. If not, it says who is.
Does the house decide what happens in the session?
No. Your therapist decides what a session includes and tells you her limits at the start. The house arranges the hour, agrees the figure and confirms the booking, and that is all.
I booked ninety minutes in my airport room for tomorrow evening and my meeting has been cancelled. What does it cost to cancel today?
On ninety minutes with one therapist, the deposit was half of that fee. A message that lands in the thread with more than a full day still to run costs you nothing, and the deposit is repaid whole. One that lands later, while she has not yet set off, costs you half the deposit, held back as fee already earned, while the remainder returns to you. Once she is on her way, every part of the deposit is kept, unless another client takes the evening, in which case it is repaid in full. You can also move the booking once, free, to a date within fourteen days, provided you ask more than a day ahead.
I have booked with the house before, in the city. Do I still pay a deposit for a same-day hour at my airport hotel?
Yes, half. Every booking at Schiphol or at an airport hotel carries a deposit, whether or not you are known to the house, because the room is arranged separately and the journey time is agreed with you before anything is fixed. On an hour with one therapist, one half travels ahead by crypto, Wise, Revolut or card, and its twin is counted out at the door of your room. As the session is on the same day, you also confirm in the thread that you want it performed at once. A same-day hour or two with nothing in advance applies only at an address in the city.
My flight was cancelled by the airline and I am staying another night. Is that force majeure?
No. A flight delayed, cancelled or rebooked by an airline is a change on your side, and it is read on the notice scale as a move or a cancellation. Asked for with over a day to spare, a single move to a date inside fourteen days costs nothing, and the deposit goes with it. Force majeure means something that makes the journey itself impossible, such as an official instruction or a transport shutdown, and in that case the deposit becomes credit for a later date.
In an airport hotel room, who decides what the session includes?
Your therapist, and only her. At the start of the visit she says where her limits are, in her own words, and they stay in place until she leaves the room. She may decline a booking before it is confirmed or after, without owing anyone a reason, and she may bring a visit to an end at any moment. If a limit she has named is pushed, the visit stops there and then; the fee for the reserved time is still due and nothing is added to it, as the terms put it more formally.
She is coming to my room near the runway. Will she ask for identification?
She may. The guest who books and every other person in the room must be twenty-one or over, so a passport or another photo document can be asked for at the door of the room. She reads the date of birth and gives the document back straight away. It is not copied, scanned or photographed, and nothing on it is written down. If she cannot satisfy herself about everyone present, she leaves before the session begins, which the age statement explains in full.
